Deputy of Acquisition, Preservation, and Protection of Archives

Born in Bogor, Mira Puspitarini is an alumna of the Master’s program at Diponegoro University. Throughout her career at ANRI, she has served as Head of the Conventional Archives Service Section (2009), Head of the Archives Service Subdirectorate (2013), Head of the Archives Acquisition Subdirectorate II (2019), and Head of the Center for Presidential Archives (2022). In 2024, she was appointed Director of Acquisition of Archives. In July 2026, she was appointed as Deputy of Acquisition, Preservation, and Protection of Archives. Among the awards she has received is the Satyalancana Karya Satya XX-Year Medal of Honor.

DUTIES

Deputy of Acquisition, Preservation, and Protection has duties to carry out the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of archives acquisition, preservation, and protection.

FUNCTIONS

1. Formulation of policies in the field of archives acquisition, preservation, and protection;
2. Implementation of policies in the field of archives acquisition, preservation, and protection;
3. Guidance in the field of archives acquisition, preservation, and protection;
4. Development of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of archives acquisition, preservation, and protection;
5. Provision of technical advice and supervision in the field of archives acquisition, preservation, and protection;
6. Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in the field of archives acquisition, preservation, and protection; and
7. Implementation of other functions assigned by the Head.
